Lots of so-called ＆waterproof＊ eye liners are not really waterproof and smudge proof, even some big brands. But this one is really a solid one. It stay put all day long with no smudge. Really a waterproof eyeliner you can depend on.

Such cuteee packaging ! Its plastic not glass, but looks like high end makeup! The brush that comes with it is duel purposed ( smudge and inclined hair tip) Im using for brows but product says it can be used for eyeliner too so the smudge side is for that!
